3. Estimates & Quotes

We offer free, no-obligation project estimates. All estimates provided by Styling Painting LLC are based on information available at the time of assessment and are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Estimates may be revised if:

• The scope of work changes at the client's request
• Hidden damage or unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project
• Material costs change significantly between estimate and project start
• Access to the property is restricted, requiring additional time or equipment

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be established in the project contract or agreement provided before work begins. Generally:

• A deposit may be required before project commencement, as specified in the project contract.
• Final payment is due upon project completion and client approval.
• We accept various forms of payment, including financing options through our approved financing partners.
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified in the project contract.

5. Client Responsibilities

To facilitate a successful project, clients agree to:

• Provide safe and timely access to the property during agreed-upon working hours
• Remove or protect personal belongings, furniture, and valuables from work areas
• Ensure all pets are secured during working hours for the safety of both pets and workers
• Notify us of any known hazardous materials, structural issues, or special conditions
• Be available or designate a representative for project approvals and questions
• Provide adequate utilities (water, electricity) at the work site where required

6. Workmanship Warranty

Styling Painting LLC stands behind the quality of our work. We provide a workmanship warranty on painting services as detailed in your project contract. This warranty covers defects in our workmanship under normal conditions. It does not cover:

• Damage caused by weather, moisture intrusion, or structural movement
• Normal wear and tear over time
• Damage caused by client negligence or third-party action
• Paint fading due to UV exposure (covered by manufacturer's paint warranty)
• Issues arising from pre-existing substrate problems not disclosed at time of estimate

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled project:

• Please provide at least 48 hours notice before your scheduled start date.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start may result in a cancellation fee as specified in your contract.
• We reserve the right to reschedule projects due to weather conditions that would affect work quality.

8. Limitation of Liability

Styling Painting LLC carries general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for all employees. Our liability is limited to the scope of work described in the project contract. We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage or defects not disclosed prior to project commencement
• Damage to unprotected personal property left in work areas
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services
• Business interruptions or lost revenues during the project period
